It helps if you have a good manual but the instructions that come with the kit are pretty good. The part number is F5AZ-4947-BA.
Cut the insulator off the bottom lengthwise so it will come off, then wind it onto the bottom of your new spring.
Clean off the crud out of the lower spring perch.

I had my 99 Cobra intake hand ported in California. Since I live in New Jersey, I had to remove the intake so I could box it up and ship it out.
